Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. Shoe Warranty

Your shoes are guaranteed from manufacture defects for 30 days. If the shoe is not defective, the shoe must be in saleable condition to qualify for a return. If you need to exchange a shoe for another size or return a shoe, here is what you do..

Call us (623-266-6910) and let us know what the problem is.
You will receive a "RA #" or return authorization number. This number needs to be shipped inside the box as well as written clearly on the outside of the box.
We require that you ship the shoe back to us at your expense. We also need it shipped through UPS, Fed-ex, or if you use the post office you will need to purchase the confirmation option as well as insure it. Things happen and shippers lose packages so we need to protect each other. you can track you shipment online with all three companies. Ship to Consequences 4 Life , 20824 N 94th Lane, Peoria AZ 85382.
Once we receive your shoe we will credit your card the purchase price minus shipping. Shipping was contracted through ups or fed ex and they completed their responsibility as well as received their money. (we don't have this money to refund) If you are not satisfied with their service we will help here by opening an investigation for you and then they will handle it from there.
We will need an additional shipping payment for sending out the next pair for you. We do not make any money on shipping, it is not a profit center. We share our discount rates with our customers.
We will ship out as many times as needed, to get the shoes you need. We will try to keep it minimal to protect your wallet from a bunch of shipping charges.
A 10% Restocking Fee is charged for this item returned in same-as-sold condition. This fee is non-refundable and covers the handling, inspection and restocking of returned merchandise.
